This tool helps NDIS Providers and their key personnel prepare for the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission registration and renewal process.

What you need to know:

  • The NDIS Commission assesses suitability on a case-by-case basis.
  • Having an adverse history does not mean automatic rejection, but it must be disclosed.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in the revocation of your registration.
  • Key Personnel includes directors, managers, board members, CEOs, and chairpersons.
